Location: Mumbai to handle West region Function: Service Qualification BE / B.Tech / Instrumentation / Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical from reputed institutes. Experience • Years of Exp: 12 to 15 years in IBMS service portfolio experiences in the related fields and engineering works of IBMS • Incumbent should have experience in serving BMS, Security, and Safety Systems. • Proven field service supervision experience • Good in Stakeholders | Account Management • Ability to troubleshoot, tests, repair and service technical equipment • Proven field service supervision experience • Self-starter and result-driven Job Responsibilities: As a Field Service Inspection lead here at Chubb, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced inspection support and expertise to our customers. You will be responsible for generation of leads that convert into Orders, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer delight. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our Service business. Accountable for achieving Annual P&L target as defined by Organization. In this role, you will impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. The responsibilities also include: • Excellent in communicating the value of our offering and driving the decisions through the customer that lead to enhanced business (Orders ) • Good business acumen to drive the Service Portfolio growth ( P&L) • Manage all on-site activities, including repair, maintenance, and test tasks • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings • Periodic meetings with customers are essential to retain all the customers and improve the customer satisfaction index. Internal review meetings and flashing the Dashboard periodically are required. • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly works progress to manager • Planning & inspection with corrective measures in Preventive Maintenance contracts with regular updates and feedback • Retaining customer contracts and growing the portfolio is the responsibility of this role. • Build positive and a long-term relationship with end-customers and be responsive to the requests • Communicate findings and generate leads from the Customers. Selling Spares and do & Charge orders to various customers Specific skills required: • Thorough Technical knowledge of Building Management Systems, Access Control and CCTV Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems. • Planning & inspection of corrective measures in Preventive Maintenance contracts with regular updates and feedback and selling Spare Do & Charge orders • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions • People Management Skills, Risk identification, and mitigation skills, Project management techniques • Strong communication skills and fluency • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Understanding of sales process and sales skills
