Summary:
The Oracle Procurement Lead will be responsible for supporting and managing Oracle Procurement modules in a production environment. The role involves providing L2/L3 production support, leading issue resolution, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with business stakeholders to support procurement operations. The candidate will also drive minor enhancements, manage integrations, and ensure smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Procurement modules and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement transactions such as requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, and sourcing.
•
Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective solutions.
•
Monitor and support integrations between Oracle Procurement and other systems such as Finance, Supplier portals, and middleware platforms.
•
Manage change requests, configuration updates, and minor system enhancements.
•
Support system deployments, patch testing, and user acceptance testing.
•
Work closely with business users to understand issues, provide functional guidance, and ensure business continuity.
•
Coordinate with technical teams and Oracle support for complex issues and system improvements.
•
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Procurement functionalities
Required Experience:
•
Strong experience in Oracle Procurement modules such as Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
•
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives using Oracle tools to achieve cost savings and supplier performance improvements
•
Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes in a production environment.
•
Proven experience providing L2/L3 production support and handling incident management.
•
Ability to troubleshoot functional and integration issues across procurement systems.
•
Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
•
Good understanding of Oracle ERP integrations and data flow between procurement and finance systems.
•
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules.
•
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware technologies.
•
Understanding of procurement reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting using SQL.
•
Experience in managing system enhancements, release cycles, and change management processes.
•
ITIL knowledge or experience working in structured production support environments
