Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance SME / Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules, a solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes, and the ability to drive transformation initiatives across multi-entity and multi-country organizations.
This role requires deep knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting, Intercompany, and Tax, along with cross-functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and Asset Management. The candidate should be capable of engaging with senior business stakeholders, defining scalable solution architecture, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and delivering measurable business value through Oracle ERP programs.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, SLA, Intercompany, and Tax.
•
Ensure production stability and timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLA/KPI timelines
•
Maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, support runbooks, issue logs, and functional documentation for ongoing operations
•
Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, SLA, Intercompany, and Tax.
•
Drive business requirement gathering, solution design, functional architecture, and system configuration aligned to finance transformation objectives.
•
Design and optimize integrated Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes across Finance, SCM, Projects, and Asset-related functions.
•
Work closely with business stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Procurement Heads, CIOs, and IT leadership to conduct workshops, define requirements, and align solution design with strategic goals.
•
Architect scalable Oracle Fusion solutions for multi-entity, multi-ledger, and multi-country business environments.
•
Establish and govern frameworks for intercompany accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, chart of accounts design, legal entity structures, stock valuation, and costing alignment.
•
Support cross-functional implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supplier Portal where integrated finance processes are involved.
•
Define integration strategies for Oracle Fusion with banks, procurement systems, tax platforms, reporting tools, and third-party applications using Integration platforms.
•
Lead and support conference room pilots, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, data migration validation, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare and production support activities.
•
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for Oracle Financials, ensuring timely incident resolution, process optimization, and enhancement delivery.
•
Review quarterly Oracle Fusion releases and assess business impact, testing needs, and deployment readiness.
•
Prepare and review gap analysis documents, functional design documents, solution blueprints, process flows, test scripts, training guides, and support documentation.
•
Mentor consulting teams, guide junior functional resources, and promote standardization through reusable implementation frameworks and governance practices.
•
Identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort, accelerate approvals, and improve operational controls.

Required Experience:
•
12+ years of Oracle Fusion Finance functional and technical experience. Primarily, Functional.
•
Proven experience in managing application production support, governance
•
Proven experience leading support teams in complex enterprise environments.
•
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, release, and service management.
•
Experience in stakeholder management, vendor governance, and executive communication.
