We're looking to add a Service Desk Administrator to our team here at Frontline, based out of Chalfont St Peter.

SALARY: £33,067.70 per annum

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8am – 5pm | Office based

What You’ll be Doing as a Service Desk Administrator

Log incoming calls for service support via phone and email onto the system.
Engineer scheduling for reactive calls and planned visits – sending to engineer PDA’s
Raise purchase orders, track orders and arrange for delivery to site
Handle incoming requests via both phone and shared inboxes
Prepare remedial and client quotations
Managing Preventative Maintenance visits with both clients and engineers.
Provide completion paperwork for PM visits and resolve any follow up calls.
Creation and supply of relevant RAMS documentation where required
Review and provide summarised feedback on the content of engineer reports from both reactive calls and planned maintenance
Organise workload to meet set objectives and KPI’s
Adhoc cover and other administrative tasks

What We Would Like You To Bring

Previous experience in a service setting within an scheduling/engineering role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Reliable and proactive
Attention to detail and accuracy in call logging/reporting/ charging criteria
Good telephone manner and ability to build strong relationships with team members, engineers & clients
Ability to build close relationships with engineers, team members, internal and external customers
Able to work under pressure and continue to multitask/prioritise well
