
Chubb Fire & Security are a leading name in the Fire Protection industry, and we are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to manage the company’s high-value vehicle suppression accounts within the fire industry, with a primary emphasis on both revenue generation and contract growth from our Brisbane branch, supporting customers across Queensland. With a strong foothold in mining, commercial, government, industrial, and defence markets, we are seeking a driven professional to develop new opportunities and grow existing relationships. We have well-established connections across multiple sectors, and the role will focus primarily on growing our footprint in vehicle fire suppression systems.

Based out of our Brisbane office, with scope to support customers across the region. You will establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers and principal clients, ensuring that revenue targets are consistently met and exceeded through strategic business development. This position involves a thorough analysis of client needs, precise negotiation of new and renewal contracts, and effective coordination with internal teams to secure long-term financial success and stability for the business.
Working closely with internal teams including technicians, support staff, project managers, and engineers.
Dedicating time to key clients, sectors, and major fire-safety projects.
Proactively identifying and converting new opportunities in the fire and security markets.
Engaging customers across Mining, Oil & Gas, Waste, Energy and Resources and Industrial sectors.
You are a motivated industry professional with strong time‑management capability and the ability to work autonomously across a wide region.
Essential attributes:
Proven Business Development experience.
Fire industry experience and technical understanding of vehicle fire systems (desirable/advantageous).
Confidence in engaging major clients as well as SMEs.
Demonstrated success in generating new business.
Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Australian or New Zealand Citizenship/PR.
Current Queensland Driver Licence.
