Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting a Branch Logistics Coordinator & Trainee Engineer to be based out of Luton, to support our team of Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFX) Engineers.
The main goal of this role is to coordinate all aspects of the supply chain operations and warehousing within branch, whilst delivering to our customer sites and also supporting Engineers with the installation of Fire Extinguishers (full, ongoing training provided) and AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators).
This position is an excellent entry point for an aspiring engineer, offering full training and development toward achieving BAFE certification. It provides a solid foundation for progressing into a long‑term engineering career.
SALARY: £26,000 + Company Van
What You Will Be Doing As A Logistics Coordinator & Trainee Engineer
This is a busy and varied role supporting our PFX team across Stores, the office, and out in the field. Around 50–60% of your day will be spent on the road assisting Engineers with fire extinguisher and AED (defibrillator) installations, as well as making deliveries to customers and satellite branches. The role includes extensive driving across a wide area which includes Peterborough, Milton Keynes and Spalding.
Key duties include:
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday (start times between 7.00am/8.00am)
