Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fire protection systems to ensure they operate effectively and comply with safety regulations.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule routine inspections, maintenance tasks, and ad hoc work requests to meet client needs while minimizing downtime.
• Manage and coordinate replacement projects and minor alterations or additions (A&A) to fire protection systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and functional tests of fire protection equipment and systems.
• Document and report any deficiencies or issues identified during inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and maintenance activities.
• Repair or replace faulty fire protection equipment as needed.
• Upgrade existing systems to comply with current fire safety standards and regulations.
• Provide expert recommendations to enhance fire safety and protection measures.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations involving fire protection systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarms and suppression systems during emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and building occupants regarding the functions of fire protection systems and safety procedures.
