The Service Technician (Fire Protection) is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems and equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fire protection systems to ensure they are functioning properly and comply with safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire protection equipment and systems.
• Document and report any deficiencies or issues found during inspections.
• Ensure all inspections and maintenance activities are logged and records are kept up-to-date.
• Repair or replace faulty fire protection equipment.
• Upgrade existing systems to meet current fire safety standards and regulations.
• Provide recommendations to improve fire safety and protection measures.
• Respond to emergency situations involving fire protection systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarms and suppression systems during emergencies.
• Communicate with clients and building occupants about fire protection system functions and safety procedures.
