About the Role

• Based in Darwin & Reporting into the SA/NT General Manager

• Surveying customer premises and recommending fire protection and safety systems and equipment

• Undertaking Fire system Rectifications and upgrades as required including large project installs

• Performing fire System inspections & testing as per AS1851 in line with local government requirements

• Completing emergency lighting repairs.

• Liaising directly with clients.

• Utilizing our electronic job management system.

• Travelling and working at various sites across Northern Territory

• Scheduling & Assisting other service installers, trainees, and technicians.

• Working both autonomously and as part of a team.

About You

• Experience working as an Electrical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry

• Current Electrical License is preferred.

• Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous.

• Current driver’s license

• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.

• A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment is preferred.

• A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation and Cabling Licence are desired

• Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base.

• Ability to work an on-call roster
