Qualification / Experience

  • Years of Exp: 6 to 8 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Degree / MBA
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in Service Sales – Preferably in Building Automation and have a Pharma sales background.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan and achieve service sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction confirming the laid down Company policies.
  • Lead generation, identification, and understanding of customer requirements, identification of Retrofit and expansion opportunities.
  • Contacts of end users, consultants, PMC, architects, and turnkey contractors in the Building Construction & MEP industry are desirable.
  • Prepare a Negotiation Strategy anticipating based on the needs of the customer.
  • Creating a strong opportunity for the Retrofit/Modernization and maintenance contracts in IBMS.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with potential customer accounts, consultants, architects, turnkey HVAC solution providers, and Project management & facility.
  • Negotiating orders to maximize revenue following pre-defined targets.
  • Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handle all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and promptly to ensure.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree (BE) with at least 6+ years of service sales experience.
  • Experience in retrofit, project expansion, and service contracts is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of security applications – specifically in the areas of access control, video surveillance, perimeter intrusion, and integrated security and enterprise platforms and retrofit sales.
  • Good communication, inter-personnel, and organizational skills
  • Exposure to related BMS/IBMS/Security/Networking, IT securities & new technology trends.
  • Past success working across organizations and in cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ready to travel
