Role Overview

Looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Sales leader for AP & TS states based out of Hyderabad to drive growth and deliver high-quality Security, BMS and Fire solutions across the region. This role is pivotal to our regional sales and pre-sales efforts, ensuring every proposal is competitive, compliant, and aligned with client needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies, building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing winning strategies that convert leads into successful projects.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Identify suspects for Sales opportunities in IBMS segment (Building Automation, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV surveillance, etc.) and convert into prospects
  • Implements sales strategies to support the goals and ensures business growth in the segments and systems within the segmentation of clients as assigned.
  • Achieves the sales volumes/targets as assigned quarterly/ yearly.
  • Develops business relations with all clients and seeks out new clients and sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new businesses.
  • Works closely with Sales Head in order to plan, support, update, and monitor sales functions for the team such as sales and marketing tactics, marketing information, market needs assessment, sales training, product positioning, pricing, advertising, performance monitoring, and other assignments in the sales and marketing area.
  • Provides all kinds of technical/ engineering support to clients and internal operations teams when needed.
  • Maintains and applies all company policies. Making suggestions and innovating as needed.
  • Deliver product demonstrations & sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit prospective customers, consultants, PMC, contractors, etc.
  • Work with product sales teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions with the end goal of Sales in mind
  • Work with the sales support team to provide price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable
  • Provide clear and accurate responses for RFPs and/or contribute technical solutions directly to proposals
  • Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings or other client benefits
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, MEP contractors, Fit-out contractors, GC, Architects, etc.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms including Legal, Finance, Payment, and other terms; and seek appropriate approvals as per the organization approval matrix
  • Strong consultative selling skills – understanding of customer needs to position solutions accordingly and ability to leverage internal capabilities of the organization
  • Provide accurate forecasts for the month, quarter, and year
  • Research the industry on an ongoing basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future sales.
  • Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring that all company products and services have been thoroughly presented and the sales cycle successfully executed
  • Work with the Projects & Service teams to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Operations

Years of experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales in BMS, fire and security, ideally for Install or Project Sales

Educational Qualification

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
