Step into a pivotal position at the heart of our global Leadership Development function. You’ll be the engine behind our programmes—elevating learner experiences, sharpening operational efficiency, and partnering with colleagues across Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. This is a full time role, based from our global head office in Staines-Upon-Thames.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable the planning and delivery of leadership development programmes alongside our Senior Coordinator.
  • Build and refine smart systems, templates, and digital workflows that keep everything running smoothly.
  • Harness AI tools to streamline admin tasks and create seamless, modern learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, event planning, and communications for both virtual and in‑person learning.
  • Keep programme documentation accurate, organised, and audit‑ready.
  • Provide confident tech support during virtual sessions and resolve issues quickly.
  • Bring fresh ideas that push our programmes forward and fuel continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the VP of Leadership Development to research and craft polished, impactful presentation materials.

What You need to Bring:

  • Strong digital confidence, especially across Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools (such as Internal AI systems or Microsoft Copilot) to optimise workflows.
  • Exceptional organisation, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Clear, culturally aware communication across time zones and teams.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while working independently.
  • A knack for creating templates, trackers, and digital forms that make learning programmes shine.

Bonus Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in Learning & Development or HR.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital learning ecosystems.
  • A growth mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for innovation.
  • Confidence in hybrid and face‑to‑face learning environments.
  • A curious, collaborative, solutions‑driven approach to your work.

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)
