We are seeking a Service and Install Supervisor to lead our Melbourne based operations.
As the Service & Install Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team of security technicians, Service Coordinators, and support staff to deliver outstanding service outcomes. Your focus will be on operational leadership, customer satisfaction, service delivery improvement, and team development.

About the Role
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee day-to-day service operations across Melbourne and surrounding regions
- Manage a team of Security Technicians and service desk coordinators
- Overseeing the commercial success of service delivery, focusing on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Facilitate the development of others’ knowledge, skills, and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities.
- Contract Margin expansion / growth – Seek opportunities to expand and grow the Contract or to improve margin by achieving additional operational efficiency and action where possible.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support contract obligations, reporting, and financial performance
- Work closely with Project, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
About You
- Strong experience in Electronic Security Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within field service operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of service delivery processes.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems and technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication abilities
- Commercial and contract management understanding
- Exposure to Tier 1 clients or critical infrastructure preferred
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security Licence, Cabling)
- Australian Citizenship
- Already acquired Security Installers license
- Ability to obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance
- Certification with Lenel, Gallagher, Tecom, Integrity, Milestone, Geutebruck systems (highly desirable)
- High level of competence in IT based applications and hardware (desirable)
