POSITION: Electronic Security General Manager
The main purpose of the General Manager position is to oversee all aspects of the Electronic Security Division. Main responsibilities will be overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies and growth, managing staff, and ensuring financial targets are achieved in Chubb ROI. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in security systems, financial acumen, account management and team management.

What you will do
- Strategic Leadership & Operational Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, all in line with the Global Chubb and APi Strategy.
- Financial Oversight & Performance Management: Manage and deliver the division's financial plan, ensuring alignment with financial goals and KPI’s. Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Sales & Business Development: Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while creating long-term and profitable customer relationships.
- Team Leadership & Human Resource Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 34 employees across various departments, building purposeful relationships with your direct report managers, to enable effective execution.
- Project Execution & Compliance: Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards and managing risk.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
What we look for
- Experience in a senior management role ideally within the Electronic Security Industry or related industry
- Strategic thinker and proactive leader
- Results oriented with proficiency in financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L oversight
- Experience in project management and client relationship/ account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
- Experience managing a large dynamic team located across multiple regions
- Health and Safety Awareness experience
