Responsible for representing the company’s interests and building business relationships to enhance account management performance.

  • Proactively identifies prospective for account management teams and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
  • Conducts business development activities for account management teams within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
  • Identifies bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
  • Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
  • Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team.
  • Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Attends trade shows, presents new products to increase the visibility of the organization. Prepares workshops for assigned customers

SALARY:  up to £65,000 OTE C.£100,000 (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Development

  • At Chubb, we are on a mission to target and secure Data Centres that will propel our sales growth in this vertical to new heights.
  • By crafting and executing tailored sales strategies, you will attract new clients within the Data Centre vertical, ensuring that our offerings align perfectly with market demands.

Strategic Business Planning & Execution

  • Working collaboratively with all our value streams, you will shape and implement innovative client value propositions that drive Chubb's enterprise sales growth. By collaborating with marketing, proposals, and design—we ensure that our compelling client value propositions are executed seamlessly.

Market Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Harnessing insights for competitive edge, you will be conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.
  • Leveraging data and insights, you will assess the effectiveness of our sales strategies, continuously optimizing performance to maximize sales and stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Negotiation & Relationship Management

  • Our commitment extends beyond mere transactions; you will strive to build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Data Centre sector. This involves negotiating complex sales agreements that align with Chubb's strategic objectives and growth targets.
  • You will represent Chubb at key industry events and conferences, enhancing our brand presence and driving new business opportunities.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: A track record in business development, particularly in securing new business or managing large-scale accounts within the Data Centre sector.
  • B2B Sales Expertise: Extensive experience managing full sales cycles and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level through effective negotiation.
  • Strategic Thinker: A growth mindset that engages senior leadership and contributes meaningfully to high-level business discussions.
