Assist in managing the Fire Service jobs including but not limited to work schedule, trouble shooting, drafting and documentations as well as testing and commissioning of systems;
Provide technical supports and improvement recommendations to clients according to fire safety related regulations;
Work closely with external and internal parties (clients and subcontractors etc) to ensure projects meet delivery schedule;
Report to Project Manager on any critical changes and potential issues in a timely manner;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High Diploma or above in Fire/Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or
With at least 3 years' work experience in project co-ordination and installation;
With relevant project co-ordination experience is an advantage;
Good command of spoke and written Chinese and English;
Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills;
