POSITION: Fire Service Manager
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to inspire and lead a diverse team of technical experts while spearheading innovative commercial strategies to drive significant business growth in the fire alarm and life safety systems sector. SALARY: The remuneration package for this position will be commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate. We offer competitive compensation aligned with industry standards and the qualifications required for the role.

What you will do
- Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of technicians, engineers, and support staff, fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and adaptability.
- Commercial Strategy & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding service contracts.
- Operational Excellence & Service Delivery: Oversee the efficient scheduling and dispatching of service teams to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters Project Execution & Compliance: Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards and managing risk.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with sales, engineering, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Proven experience in a service management role within the fire alarm and life safety systems industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
