Fire & Security Sales Consultant – North West Region
Are you ready to turn technical expertise into commercial success? Or already thriving in sales and looking to represent one of the most trusted names in the industry?
Chubb Fire & Security, a global leader with over two centuries of heritage, is expanding our team in the North West. We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who can deliver tailored Fire Detection and Electronic Security solutions—including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms—to a mix of existing B2B customers and new prospects across the region.
We welcome experienced sales professionals, but we're equally interested in speaking with Fire or Security Engineers (Service, Install or Commissioning) ready to step confidently into a client-facing, consultative sales role.
Build and nurture relationships with both existing clients and new prospects
Design compliant, effective Fire & Life Safety systems aligned with customer needs and regulatory standards
Consistently achieve monthly and annual targets for installation value, gross margin, and recurring revenue
Lead proactive business development initiatives within your territory
Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline to support short and long-term success
Strong technical understanding of either Fire Systems or Security Systems
Familiarity with British Standards in fire safety (FIA certification is a plus, not a must)
A background in technical sales—or hands-on engineering experience with a desire to move into sales
Solid planning, territory management, and consultative selling skills
Full UK driving licence
Competitive base salary up to £45,000
On-target earnings of £65,000–£75,000, with top performers earning over £100,000
