Responsibilities

• Assist in managing fire service projects, including but not limited to work scheduling, troubleshooting, drafting and documentation, and the testing and commissioning of fire safety systems.

• Provide technical support and improvement recommendations to clients in accordance with fire safety regulations.

• Work closely with both external and internal parties (such as clients and subcontractors) to ensure timely project delivery.

• Provide on-site support for fire safety system installation, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and project handover to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that may arise.

• Report any critical changes and potential issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in Fire/Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or 

• With at least 1-2 years' work experience in project co-ordination and installation;

• With relevant project co-ordination experience is an advantage;

• Good command of spoke and written Chinese and English; 

• Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;

• Good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills; 

• Proactive and eager to learn;
