This is a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity within our business support coordinator teams and as such we are looking for an innovative and inspirational leader

SALARY: £33,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Your role as Administration Team Manager

This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity within our account coordinator teams, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service delivery through management and coaching of the team.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Provide leadership & coaching to Teams, motivate, develop and manage individuals to exceptional levels driving a positive and productive work environment
  • Support the wider Business Support teams resource planning to meet customer demand, improve performances and undertake consistent reviews
  • Working closely with internal cross functional teams to ensure customer’s expectations and SLA metrics are delivered,
  • Ensure high levels of customer service at all times with robust documented processes and standard work to match both customer and internal metrics
  • Monitoring, managing, and reporting teams SLA’s and KPI’s with the aid of strong visual management
  • Provide employee feedback through effective performance management, ensuring employee skill and leadership development, and conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings
  • Incorporate company objectives to team objectives to ensure alignment, engagement in key priorities and initiatives

  • Customer Service – Excellent background in a customer centric environment
  • Experience: Strong experience in operational and people management
  • A natural communicator – This role will provide support to the wider business and stakeholders
  • Solution focused – You’ll possess data interrogation skills to support decision making and investigations
  • Strong IT literacy – Have experience of Microsoft products, Visio. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively – Possess skills in prioritising workload and working under pressure
  • Results’ Orientated – Be experienced in working in a results focused environment
