Here at Chubb Fire and Security Group, we are looking for a highly capable Workday Configurator to join our People Solutions & Data function.

This role is critical in delivering best-in-class configuration across our Workday platform and supporting our ambition to embed gold-standard processes across all people technology solutions.

This is a hybrid role with quarterly travel to our Staines Office

SALARY: Up to £65K per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules (Core HCM, Learning, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
• Design, build, test, and deploy business processes and condition rules
• Translate functional requirements into scalable Workday configuration solutions
• Partner with HR, Tech and downstream teams to troubleshoot, test and deploy changes
• Ensure data flow integrity across Workday and downstream systems
• Champion configuration standards and best practice across the platform
• Document configuration logic and test outcomes to support auditability and handover

What We're Looking For

• Strong, hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple modules
• Deep understanding of business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and E2E configuration lifecycle
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to challenge, influence, and translate business needs into technical delivery
• A pragmatic, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for clean, scalable design
• Based in the UK or EU, with the ability to travel to the Staines office as required.
