Qualification

BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical from reputed institutes.

Requirements

PMP Certification
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in IBMS Project management
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in team management and Leadership excellence
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & nonverbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft office and Project management tools
Excellent Interpersonal and decision-making skills
Strong Technical knowledge on IBMS projects and Execution
MS Projects, Presentation skills
Excellent customer relationship and escalation management skills

Responsibilities

Achieve business goals and financial targets of the project
Oversee daily project operations, team productivity & performance
Manage internal & external (customers, vendor partners) stakeholder relations
Resource planning & optimizing operations to be efficient
Ensure company standards and procedures are followed
Communicate & build strong relationship with customer representatives and ensure that all their project needs are understood and addressed.
Collaborate with various internal departments (sales, design, procurement, commercial, commissioning, finance etc) and ensure project deliverables are met in time.
Monitor and track the individual project progress, timelines, risks & dependencies.
Drive the project progress review meeting with customers and internal team members.
Early engage with regional sales/customers to know the upcoming projects and prepare for internal resources.
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and other key team members in the project team.
Ensure smooth project kick start and completion.
Attend and resolve customer escalations timely.
Adhere to companies’ safety, ethics & statutory requirement.
Train and mentor, the project team members.
Regular visits to project sites, meeting the local customer representatives, internal execution team, etc.
