Location-GCC, Bangalore Job Title: Sr Manager HRBP Job Summary: The HRBP Leader in the GCC is a critical builder responsible for establishing the foundational people processes, culture, and operating rhythm of a rapidly scaling capability center. This leader partners closely with global and India leadership to shape strategy, hire and develop early talent, set up HR processes from the ground up, and build a high-performance, innovative GCC culture. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where the HRBP Leader plays the role of strategic advisor, builder, change agent, culture architect, and problem-solver. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Organizational Leadership • Serve as a strategic advisor to the GCC Site Leader and global functional heads. • Translate business strategy into HR priorities, talent plans, and organizational interventions. • Influence global stakeholders to ensure alignment of GCC talent strategy with enterprise goals. Talent Management & Workforce Planning • Lead annual talent reviews, succession planning, role criticality assessments, and workforce analytics. • Build leadership pipelines for technical, digital, and functional domains. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs and accelerate time-to productivity. Organization Design & Capability Building • Drive org design for scaling teams, operating model transitions, and new capability incubation. • Partner with Learning & Leadership teams to create development frameworks for GCC talent. Employee Experience & Culture Building • Shape a high-engagement, inclusive, innovation-driven GCC culture. • Lead initiatives on DEI, manager effectiveness, employee engagement, and recognition. • Strengthen communication and change management across the GCC. Performance Management • Govern and drive the performance review process, ensuring fairness, differentiation, and business alignment. • Coach leaders to elevate performance conversations and talent calibration. Employee Relations & Policy Governance • Provide oversight on complex employee relations matters and risk mitigation. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance requirements. • Partner with Legal, Ethics & Compliance on sensitive cases. Data-Driven HR & Analytics • Use people analytics to drive insights on attrition, skill gaps, capacity utilization, and engagement. • Present dashboards and recommendations to senior leadership. Stakeholder Management & Global Alignment • Act as the primary HR interface between the GCC and global HR COEs. • Ensure GCC representation in enterprise programs (leadership development, talent mobility, policy changes). • Drive standardization where possible and localization where necessary. Qualifications & Skills Education • MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Experience • 12–18+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP roles. • Experience working in GCCs, shared services, or multinational matrix environments is strongly preferred. • Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving HR transformations
