What You'll Do: Save the Day: Be the hero our customers need by answering their queries and providing top-notch and warm support over the phone. Spread Positivity: Turn challenging situations into positive experiences. Solve Mysteries: Channel your inner detective to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. Be a Team Player: Collaborate with your fellow heroes to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.
• High volume Inbound, Outbound calls and Email requests • AUS and NZ account management and customer enquiries • Revenue leakage and finance projects to increase revenue per month • Monthly Direct Debit updates and collecting outstanding payments • Assistance with internal customer request queues and online enquiries
