Perform a leading role in ensuring the continuous improvement of business operations by providing Quality leadership to all Chubb FS front-line and back-office functions. Ensuring Chubb ANZ meets its ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and deployment of Business Quality Plans, in conjunction with EHS, promoting a culture of quality & safety through ownership, responsibility and accountability.
  • Provision of Quality Planning requirements for National & key regional accounts during Tenders.
  • Play a key role in the deployment and implementation of Quality Strategies.
  • Assist in the planning, development and implementation of programs, methods and procedures for quality, energy conservation and environmental protection.
  • Maintain company compliance to the relevant ISO accreditation schemes.
  • Ensure delivery of QEHS audit plans through successful delivery of designated Field based Inspections, Product & Process Audits, and supplier surveillance.
  • Provide thought leadership & guidance for management system process development.
  • Ensure product compliance with relevant codes of practice and standards, communicating changes to requirements at the earliest available opportunity.
  • Manage, review and maintain the overarching policy and procedures for Document Controls.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to Chubb employees and Document Owners on document control requirements so that internal training materials, project and customer records that require document controls meet guidelines.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to bring documents up-to-date and ensure documented information adhere to Document Control guidelines (standardise documentation, file structures and terminology used in documentation as per ISO 9001 requirements).
  • Aduit SharePoint to ensure document owners adhere to internal document control guidelines and provide status reports on progress and status of documentation curating, standardisation and maintenance.
  • Provide research and guidance on policies, government regulations, and agency guidelines to ensure compliance with document control external standards.
  • Critically review documents that impact quality and make recommendations to improve compliance with internal standards.
