Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and design of Fire Safety System based on project specifications; 
• Plan installation activities, coordinate with customers, architects, consultants and contractors for project delivery, testing and commissioning, project handover;
• Monitor subcontractors work progress and quality as well as cost, assess claims from subcontractors; 
• Join meetings with external or internal parties, resolve any obstructions throughout the project; 
• Manage budget and cost of the project, work with QS for payment application and final account closing.  

Qualifications

• Diploma or High Diploma or above in Fire Safety or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines;
• With 3-5 years' work experience in project co-ordination and installation;
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD software application; 
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Proactive and eager to learn;
• Position title may vary depending on level of experience. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome will be considered as Assistant Engineer;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Engineer.
