Responsibilities:

  • Support daily sales operations, including job creation, preparation of standard forms, and issuing deposit invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales, Operations, and Service teams.
  • Create orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of payment applications.
  • Issue invoices to clients upon job completion.
  • Generate insightful operational reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skills in form creation and data calculation are advantageous.
  • Fluency in written English and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong learning agility and a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
  • Relevant experience is advantageous.
