We're looking to add a Site-Based Security Systems Analyst here at Chubb. This is a key hire for us and will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems across the UK, US and EMEA/CEEMA region. Based at the customer's Camberley office, the successful candidate will support a Tier 1 global customer and collaborate with the Key Account Manager to ensure high standards of customer service

SALARY:  Upto £45K dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service existing and future security systems onsite.
  • Provide technical support for Access Control, CCTV, and PSIM systems globally
  • Act as a subject matter expert in PSIM, access control and CCTV systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the onsite Chubb team and client to meet customer objectives.
  • Liaise with client security managers to ensure system updates and data accuracy.
  • Design and implement access configurations for new installations and system variations.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • IT background.
  • Experience with security system installation and programming (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software support (SQL, Windows, IIS).
  • General networking knowledge (routers, VLANs, QoS).
  • PowerShell experience (advantageous).
  • Professional and accountable.
