The role includes booking travel, co-ordinating event bookings, purchasing administration, on-call rota entry and updates, SOX compliance controls for timesheets and a range of general office activities.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities will include:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel and diary coordination<\/li>\n<li>Purchase requisitions and supplier administration<\/li>\n<li>Events and meeting coordination<\/li>\n<li>On-call rota administration<\/li>\n<li>General team and office administration<\/li>\n<li>Customer contact and digital ways of working<\/li>\n<li>ECS card applications and compliance support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Working Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | 9am \u2013 5pm | Hybrid \u2013 potentially up to 2 days per week from home<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>What we would like you to bring to the role:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative, coordination, business support or office role. In addition, a strong mix of the below<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arranging business travel &amp; raising purchase orders\/requisitions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling bookings, financial information, rotas and records.<\/li>\n<li>Experience administering ECS cards or other industry competency, safety or access-card schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Previous use of an omnichannel customer-contact platform, ideally Genesys Cloud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I<b>f this sounds like you, apply today and send us your application!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Chubb Fire and Security is an equal opportunities employer.
