You will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities, including team leadership, workload management, service delivery, productivity, compliance, customer performance, and cost control.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The role covers a large area of the South East<\/b> from SE, GU, BN, TN, CR, CT, ME, RH,TW, with the ideal candidate being based around the centre of the patch or to the northern end, including RG, HP and WD. You will have blend of field & remote based working, with typically a minimum of 2 days out in the field supporting Engineers and meeting customers.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

SALARY:<\/b>\u00a0 From \u00a344,000 \u2013 \u00a348,000 per annum \u2013 dependant on experience with up to \u00a313,800 OTE Bonus<\/p>\n<\/p>\n What You\u2019ll be Doing as an Operations Manager<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n As an Operations Manager you will lead our field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works within the Portable Fire Extinguisher<\/b> division.
