Together with your help and desire, we can grow together and make the world a safer place.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>SALARY<\/b>:\u00a0 Up to \u00a335,500.00 DoE<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days holiday, plus bank holidays<\/li>\n<li>Employee Referral Scheme (\u00a31000)<\/li>\n<li>Company Pension Scheme (5% matched)<\/li>\n<li>Life Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)<\/li>\n<li>Employee Scholarship Scheme<\/li>\n<li>A Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discounts<\/li>\n<li>Same day Online GP<\/li>\n<li>Health &amp; Wellbeing Resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Working hours: 8am \u2013 430pm Monday \u2013 Friday \u2013 office based<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What You\u2019ll be Doing as a Operations Cost Control Support<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and validate cost data including engineer timesheets, materials, subcontractor invoices, equipment hire, and travel expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with updating job budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete values.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all invoices are produced correctly, in time and to the customer requirements to ensure swift payment<\/li>\n<li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation of operational efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with tracking profitability of service contracts, warranty work, maintenance agreements, and installation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Service Managers, Program Mangers, Project Managers, Procurement, and Commercial teams to provide financial guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure teams follow cost-control procedures (job costing, material booking, procurement compliance)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for review with the Cost Control Lead.<\/li>\n<li>Support financial tracking of installation projects and service engagements from initiation to completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What We Would Like You To Bring:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in operations support, cost administration, finance support, or data analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Experience within installation, engineering, service delivery, construction, or electronic security environments is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP\/job-costing or field service management platforms, portals etc<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel\/Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cost inputs and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with ability to spot errors or trends in data.<\/li>\n<li>Clear communicator who can work effectively with operations, finance, and field teams.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable learning technical systems and understanding installation\/service workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate level MS Excel skills and computer literate with experience of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>If this sounds like you, apply today and send us your application!<\/p>\n<p>Chubb Fire and Security is an equal opportunities employer.
