Additionally, take advantage of optional individual development plans designed to support your career advancement and personal growth<\/li>\n<li>Online GP for you and your family<\/li>\n<li>Parking Apps \u2013 making your life a little easier<\/li>\n<li>Employee Referral Scheme (\u00a31000)<\/li>\n<li>Company Pension Scheme (5% employer contribution)<\/li>\n<li>Life Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)<\/li>\n<li>Uniform, all PPE, tools and ongoing training provided<\/li>\n<li>Travel Time Scheme<\/li>\n<li>A Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discounts<\/li>\n<li>Health &amp; Wellbeing Resources\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Bravo Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What You\u2019ll be Doing as a Small Works Security Engineer<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As a Small Works Security Engineer, you will work closely with the service Operations Manager and wider branch network to complete 4 \u2013 8-hour work orders and generate extra revenue into the business.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with recommendation team and engineers to drive opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the commercial seller and Key Account Managers (KAM\u2019s) for leads not suitable for install.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the quotes for all small works that come via the recommendation team, commercials, KAM\u2019s or other outlets such as the enquiries via the office admin.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer care (from understanding needs to keeping contact with ETA\u2019s, timescales, etc.) Manage each order (including stock orders) throughout the process of quotation and right through to the signing off the works.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on recommendations and quotes, ensuring the customer understands the reasoning and positive impact our upgrades will have.<\/li>\n<li>Look for upsell opportunities, I.E if we are upgrading signalling then is there potential for a panel upgrade?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>WORKING HOURS:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday \u2013 Friday 9am \u2013 5pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We Would Like You to Bring<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced Security Engineer with a deep knowledge of Intruder Alarms, Access Systems and CCTV<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift and climb ladders \u2013 it would be an advantage if you had an IPAF 3a &amp; b cherry picker license<\/li>\n<li>Always deliver excellent Customer Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Emphasising Sustainable Innovation<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>At Chubb Fire and Security, we are committed to integrating sustainability into everything we do.
