Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent & Performance Lead <\/b>to join our UKI Talent Team. You will be responsible for future proofing the business through Talent Management, Talent Identification, Performance Enablement and Succession planning activities, enabling career growth and strengthening organisational capability.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You will be based remotely ideally within reasonable commuting distance to our Staines office. There will be occasional travel to other UK & Ireland office locations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
