You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including field-based Engineers, Account Managers, our Branch network and also our external customers. \u00a0Where you will carry out a number of customer service-related tasks, focused around coordinating and dispatching Engineers to our customers within specific timeframes to meet service level agreements. Duties Include:<\/p>\n Planning, routing and coordinating Engineer visits \u2013 Diary management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Tracking each job and status through to completion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Identifying potential delays and reacting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Communicating and updating Engineers, internal stakeholders and customers by email and telephone platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Deal with customer responses to telephone calls and emails, and update systems accordingly<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Update and maintaining multiple scheduling systems, platforms and CRM\u2019s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Meeting KPI\u2019s (focused on timely dispatch)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n WORKING HOURS:<\/b>\u00a037.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | shifts between 8am – 6pm<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n What We Would Like You To Bring<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n Simply put, experience isn\u2019t necessary as we offer full training and support.
