Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Lead <\/b>to join our UKI Talent Team. You will be responsible building employee skills, supporting career growth, and strengthening organisational capability. This role focuses on development for all and supporting to increase capability in identified talent groups.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You will be based remotely ideally within the Midlands area. There will be regular travel to our Staines & Blackburn offices as well as other UK & Ireland office locations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll be Doing as Learning & Development Lead<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You will design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes while partnering with leaders and the People team to create a culture of continuous development.<\/p>\n
You will have the freedom to be creative and review any current learning programmes and make them your own.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
