Join the team that\u00a0protects our world.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n SALARY:<\/b>\u00a0 \u00a325,668 per annum<\/p>\n What You\u2019ll be Doing as <\/b>a Field Support\/Customer Experience Advisor<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n As a Field Support\/Customer Experience Advisor <\/b>within our Customer Excellence Teams, no two days will be the same, but you\u2019ll always strive to provide the best customer service experience. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including field-based Engineers, Account Managers, our Branch network and also our external customers. \u00a0Where you will carry out a number of customer service-related tasks, focused around coordinating and dispatching Engineers to our customers within specific timeframes to meet service level agreements.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n You will also support with providing a first class experience to all internal and external customers calling into the Contact Centre. You\u2019re not a robot, so naturally you have the freedom to support our customers in the way you would like to be helped\u2026With professional warmth and patience.<\/p>\n Duties Include:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n WORKING HOURS:<\/b>\u00a037.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | shifts between 8am – 6pm. 12 months fixed term contract<\/p>\n<\/p>\n What We Would Like You To Bring<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n Simply put, experience isn\u2019t necessary as we offer full training and support.
