SALARY:<\/b>\u00a0 \u00a324,784.77 per annum, with an ongoing opportunity to progress through ongoing performance reviews.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n What You\u2019ll be Doing as Customer Experience Advisor<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n As a Customer Experience Advisor within our Customer Excellence Teams no two days will be the same, but you\u2019ll always strive to provide the best customer service experience to all\u00a0internal and external customers calling into the Contact Centre. You\u2019re not a robot, so naturally you have the freedom to support our customers in the way you would like to be helped\u2026With professional warmth and patience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n WORKING HOURS:<\/b>\u00a037.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Shifts will vary between 7.00am \u2013 7.00pm.
