We\u2019re looking for a <b>Sales Consultant<\/b> who can deliver tailored Fire Detection and Electronic Security solutions\u2014including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms\u2014to a mix of existing B2B customers and new prospects across the region.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We welcome experienced sales professionals, but we&#039;re equally interested in speaking with <b>Fire or Security Engineers<\/b> (Service, Install or Commissioning) ready to step confidently into a client-facing, consultative sales role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What You&#039;ll Do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and nurture relationships with both existing clients and new prospects<\/li>\n<li>Design compliant, effective Fire &amp; Life Safety systems aligned with customer needs and regulatory standards<\/li>\n<li>Consistently achieve monthly and annual targets for installation value, gross margin, and recurring revenue<\/li>\n<li>Lead proactive business development initiatives within your territory<\/li>\n<li>Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline to support short and long-term success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of either Fire Systems or Security Systems<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with British Standards in fire safety (FIA certification is a plus, not a must)<\/li>\n<li>A background in technical sales\u2014or hands-on engineering experience with a desire to move into sales<\/li>\n<li>Solid planning, territory management, and consultative selling skills<\/li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What You\u2019ll Get in Return<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary up to \u00a345,000<\/li>\n<li>On-target earnings of \u00a365,000\u2013\u00a375,000, with top performers earning over \u00a3100,000<\/li>\n<li>Company car or car allowance<\/li>\n<li>25 days holiday &#043; bank holidays (with an option to buy more)<\/li>\n<li>Company pension scheme<\/li>\n<li>Full access to our benefits platform, including discounts and upcoming health &amp; wellbeing services<\/li>\n<li>Recognition through our Bravo Awards programme<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing professional training and development<\/li>\n<li>Support from a highly experienced, dynamic leadership team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who We Are<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>At Chubb, we\u2019ve been keeping people and businesses safe for over 200 years.
