Do you thrive on building high\u2011performing teams, transforming commercial performance, and driving growth across service contracts and small works? If so, this is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a newly created Service Sales division at Vipond (Part of Chubb Fire and Security).<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an exceptional Head of Service Sales to take ownership of our service sales strategy, elevate our quoting performance, and strengthen customer relationships across a large and diverse portfolio. This is a high\u2011impact leadership role with clear objectives, strong executive sponsorship, and the scope to make a significant difference from day one.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What You\u2019ll Lead &amp; Deliver<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build the Service Sales division, establishing processes, SLAs, and a culture of commercial excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminate the current quote backlog and maintain SLA compliance for all fire sprinkler and mechanical service quotes.<\/li>\n<li>Execute succession planning, ensuring zero unplanned attrition across top\u201150 accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Grow service revenue by expanding the service contract base and increasing pull\u2011through of small works, remedial works, and system upgrades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading and developing a high\u2011performing service sales team with strong technical and commercial capability.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and developing the team.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing bids, proposals, and customer engagement across fire sprinkler and mechanical services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring quoting accuracy, compliance, and turnaround times aligned with industry standards<\/li>\n<li>Driving pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and margin protection.<\/li>\n<li>Building strong relationships with customers, consultants, insurers, and industry stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with operations, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless service and commercial growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver fast, priority\u2011based quotations on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear aged work\u2011in\u2011progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase quoting productivity, improve win rates, and lift average quote value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Grow revenue by driving service and small works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead smooth account transitions, ensuring strong customer satisfaction throughout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What You\u2019ll Bring<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in fire sprinkler service sales, business development, or commercial leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, maintenance regimes, remedial works, and compliance standards.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of growing service contract portfolios and improving sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>A data\u2011driven approach with strong CRM and pipeline management capability.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to build trust with customers and inspire confidence across internal teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we can offer<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Competitive Basic salary with realistic OTE \u00a3100k&#043;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company Car\/ Car Allowance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days holidays plus bank holidys, plus option to purchase additional leave<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working<\/li>\n<li>Company pension scheme<\/li>\n<li>Employee scholarship scheme<\/li>\n<li>A central Benefits programme that offers a wide variety of discounts, soon to include Health &amp; Wellbeing services<\/li>\n<li>Bravo Awards which recognise outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About Vipond :<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>At Vipond, you will join a renowned fire safety solution and services business who have protected communities and assets for over 50 years.
