We’re looking to add an Operations Manager to our team here at Chubb, on a remote basis in the North West, managing our team of Fire Extinguisher Engineers. This is a key appointment for us in a very profitable and busy area of our business.

SALARY:  Upto £50K dependent on experience + OTE

Job Purpose

To lead our field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works.

To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, putting our customers first in optimising their fire and security systems for reliability and performance.

Overall accountability to lead and develop our teams to ensure optimised productivity and service delivery to achieve sustained profitable growth

To support the business with identifying best practices to optimise performance and increase productivity

Optimise the portfolio through strategic reviews to ensure we retain and grow in line with business goals. Lead the engineering teams to ensure maximised productivity.

Key Experience

Previous Operations experience

Has managed a team of Engineers or Field Operatives in the past

This is a client facing role, so previous exposure to that is key, as is being comfortable with selling too

This is a North West role (remote) and would ideally suit candidates living locally in Manchester, Liverpool, Blackburn, Blackpool, Warrington, Chester, Wigan, St Helens, Bury, Bolton, Burnley
