This role will work closely with local and regional sales leadership to chart business development strategies that are aligned with the company\u2019s growth and commercial objectives. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0f4761\"><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0f4761\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies, qualifies and develops new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops business development strategies that are aligned with the company\u2019s growth plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeps up with emerging markets trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for developing and maintaining market intelligence reports and insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for business segmentation strategies and action plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively participates in offering development to ensure that it is aligned to emerging market trends and customer needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborates with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and manage marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposes and develops strategic partnerships that could enhance our customer offerings, market share and\/ or competitive advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively seeks out new customers through networking, cold calling and attending industry events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishes and maintains new customer relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0f4761\"><b>\u00a0Qualifications<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, marketing, engineering or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and\/or business development experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience delivering revenue growth, improving margin. performance, and managing complex commercial negotiations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in service, technical, industrial, construction, fire\/life safety, security, facilities, or related B2B markets is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in business development targeting main contractors, public sector, facilities\/building operators and\/or asset owners preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in strategic partnership development and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7145,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"country":[16],"class_list":["post-8091","job_posting","type-job_posting","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","country-singapore"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
