KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7End\u2011User & IT Support<\/b><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Provide onsite and remote support<\/b> for end users across Chubb Singapore offices and site locations.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver technical support for Windows OS<\/b>, iOS<\/b>, Android<\/b>, and enterprise services including File & Print<\/b>, Office 365 (Outlook, Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  • Implement application deployments, software upgrades, and perform troubleshooting and fine\u2011tuning for end users.<\/li>\n
  • Provide user onboarding, training, and guidance when required.<\/li>\n
  • Laptop Build with latest operating system<\/li>\n
  • Laptop Hardware skill to replace RAM, SSD and Battery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00b7Systems, Network & Server Support<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Support local network infrastructure<\/b>, servers, and related components in coordination with regional and HQ teams.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with HQ IT on system\u2011related matters, global projects, and escalations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u00b7Operations, Documentation & Asset Management<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Track, document, and manage all support activities using the organization\u2019s ticketing system<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      • Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory, including performing tech refresh cycles<\/b> at defined intervals.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure timely resolution of issues, proactively identifying recurring problems and proposing solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \u00b7Project Participation<\/b><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Participate in local and global IT projects<\/b>, providing system recommendations, technical insights, and hands\u2011on support.<\/li>\n
        • Work with external vendors and service providers<\/b> to deploy new systems, manage escalations, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Assist in ad\u2011hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the IT Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Strong knowledge in supporting Windows<\/b>, iOS\/Android<\/b>, and Microsoft 365 Services<\/b>.<\/li>\n
            • Hands\u2011on experience with network troubleshooting<\/b>, end\u2011user device support<\/b>, and server environments<\/b>.<\/li>\n
            • Familiarity with ticketing and IT service management tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Mastermind (security monitoring system) knowledge<\/b> will be a strong advantage.<\/li>\n
