In this role, you will coordinate service activity from job creation through to completion, working closely with customers, technicians, subcontractors and internal teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"emphasis-3\">This is a fast-paced role where your ability to prioritise, communicate clearly and keep accurate records will directly support a positive customer experience and efficient service delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"emphasis-3\">This role is ideal for an organised operations or service coordinator who enjoys problem-solving, delivering responsive customer service and keeping multiple moving parts on track.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"emphasis-3\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"emphasis-3\"><b><u>Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Open, schedule and coordinate service jobs, including technician bookings and parts ordering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving enquiries professionally. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Monitor work in progress, backlogs and service exceptions, escalating or taking action to minimise delays.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\"> Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to support safe, on-time job completion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Maintain accurate job, customer and service records in relevant systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Ensure job documentation is complete and closed promptly to support timely invoicing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\"> Assist with resolving service issues and disputes in a fair, customer-focused manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Contribute ideas and best practice to improve team processes, service delivery and customer outcomes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"emphasis-3\"><b><u>About You<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Experience in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, customer service or operations administration; experience in a field-service environment is highly regarded.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Experience coordinating field technicians, work orders or service schedules is highly regarded.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Clear, confident communication skills and a natural ability to build positive working relationships.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">A customer-first approach, with sound problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.\u00b7<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Confidence using service management, scheduling, CRM or similar systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">A collaborative approach and willingness to support a high-performing team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1><span class=\"emphasis-3\"><u>Why Join Chubb<\/u>?<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Be part of a supportive, collaborative team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Build your career through ongoing training and development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Make a meaningful contribution by supporting services that help keep people and property safe.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Join a culture where everyone is a leader and every idea and contribution is valued<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"emphasis-3\"><b><u>Pre-Employment Requirements<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of a mandatory pre-employment Medical Assessment, Drug and Alcohol screening, and National Police Check.
