In this role, you will:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure buildings meet Building Regulation requirements and maintain compliance with the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Liaise directly with facilities companies, councils, property managers, and building owners.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate the operational work of field technicians.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Issue BWOF certificates and provide progress reports to the Key Account Manager<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
