This is an opportunity to join Chubb Fire &amp; Security, where you will benefit from long-term employment stability, career progression, and the support of a global market leader.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>The role<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Based in <b>Auckland<\/b>, with our offices located in <b>Mt Wellington<\/b>, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and compliance testing of electronic security systems at customer premises. You will ensure all work is delivered to Chubb standards and in accordance with New Zealand regulatory and industry requirements.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This will involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Delivering best-practice outcomes for technically complex, enterprise-level electronic security solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Service, maintenance, fault diagnosis, minor works installation, and commissioning of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Intruder alarm systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enterprise access control systems including Gallagher, Inner Range Integriti, and ICT Protege<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enterprise CCTV and video management platforms including Milestone and Avigilon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Completing compliance testing and producing detailed technical documentation and service reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Diagnosing and resolving issues across integrated security systems in live customer environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working closely with other technicians, project managers, and external subcontractors to deliver high-quality service and project outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Providing professional, customer-focused support while on customer sites.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To be successful<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You will have proven experience in the electronic security industry, with strong exposure to enterprise and high-end commercial security systems. You are organised, technically capable, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>You will:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hold a current full driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hold a\u00a0<b>current and valid Certificate of Approval (COA)<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Have the ability to\u00a0<b>obtain and maintain additional customer and site-specific security clearances<\/b>, as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Be\u00a0<b>highly skilled in enterprise electronic security systems<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hold\u00a0<b>relevant manufacturer certifications<\/b>, particularly in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Gallagher<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Inner Range Integriti<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>ICT Protege<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Milestone<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Avigilon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrate strong time management, including effective job and route planning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Have the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and well-detailed written service and compliance reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Be a proactive, reliable, and safety-focused member of the team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain up-to-date knowledge and awareness of New Zealand regulatory and industry standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Confidently use mobile technology, including the\u00a0<b>FieldService<\/b>\u00a0application, to plan schedules and manage work orders through to completion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About us\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Chubb Fire &amp; Security has been protecting people and assets worldwide for more than 200 years.
