Each pillar aligns with a specific set of leadership skills that represent different stages in a leader's evolution at APi Group.

What will you do as a Leadership Development Leader:
This is not a role where you mainly design programs from a distance.
You will be facilitating, coaching and working directly with leaders across the business. Your impact is visible in how people lead day to day—not just in slides or frameworks.
You’ll combine facilitation, training and execution, and work closely with HR and business leaders to make leadership development tangible.

What you’ll be doing

  • Facilitate leadership sessions that are interactive, practical and sometimes uncomfortable;
  • Work with leaders as a trusted advisor, not just as a trainer;
  • Translate leadership frameworks into behaviour people can actually apply;
  • Deliver in-house training across teams and levels;
  • Partner with HR to identify development needs and act on them;
  • Help embed leadership development in daily business, not as a separate initiative;
  • Apply approaches like 70/20/10 in ways that actually work in practice.

  • You’ll need to influence without formal authority.

What will you bring as our future Leadership Development Leader:
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and helping them develop.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
  • Experience in leadership development, facilitation or in-house training;
  • Strong in facilitation, training and execution;
  • Comfortable challenging leaders in a constructive way;
  • Prefer practical impact over theoretical models;
  • Able to navigate stakeholders in a matrix organisation;
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
