Step into a key role supporting our global Leadership Development team. You’ll help to keep our programmes running smoothly – coordinating events, evaluating data, managing logistics, and keeping our operations sharp. This is a full‑time role based at our global head office in Staines‑Upon‑Thames.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of leadership development events and programmes.
Build and maintain efficient systems, templates, and digital workflows.
Use AI and other technology tools to streamline admin tasks and improve participant experience.
Coordinate projects with global stakeholders to ensure consistency.
Manage scheduling, logistics, event planning, and communications for virtual and in‑person sessions.
Keep documentation accurate, organised, and audit‑ready.
Suggest improvements that enhance processes and programme quality.
Work with the VP of Leadership Development to research and prepare impactful presentations.

What You Need to Bring

Strong digital skills, especially in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Experience using AI and other technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve ways of working.
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Skill in creating templates, trackers, and digital forms.
Some experience in events, coordination, or administration.
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovation.
Confidence and willingness to support hybrid and in‑person events in a variety of tasks.
A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
A strong, can‑do attitude.
Familiarity with HR/LMS platforms, digital learning tools will be a bonus.
