Responsible for leading a team to deliver high quality services to clients and maximize the team’s ability to meet business goals and objectives;
Effectively build customer relationships and demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction;
Drive the operational efficiency of the team through the improvement of processes and workflows, provide technical consulting and support to the team;
Manage the services projects. Work closely with external and internal parties to ensure projects meet customer expectations;
Be a People Developer by actively involving yourself in the team members’ growth and fostering positive work environment;
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications
Diploma or above in Computer/Electronic/Building Services Engineering;
With 5-10 years of supervisory experience leading a small team in the field work; Broad knowledge on Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and other Security Systems;
Good communication and problem solving skills;
Excellence in prioritization, strategic and proactivity.
