Invoice Processing: Execute accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices within the ERP system.<\/p>\n

Reconciliations: Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.<\/p>\n

Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to financial controls, SOX requirements, and internal audit standards.<\/p>\n

Issue Resolution: Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payment or invoice queries.<\/p>\n

Process Support: Assist in the transition of PTP processes from onshore\/third-party entities to the GCC.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\u2022<\/p>\n
Education: Graduate in Commerce or Finance.<\/p>\n
\u2022<\/p>\n
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.<\/p>\n
\u2022<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.<\/p>\n

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and workflow tools.<\/p>\n
