Job Description: Team Leader \u2013 Finance Operations (RTR, PTP & T&E) Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader \u2013 Finance Operations to oversee a diverse team comprising RTR,PTP, T&E resources supporting the US and Canada regions. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across finance processes, while fostering team growth and leveraging tools and technology for efficiency gains. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight \u2022 Lead and manage a team of 16 finance professionals across RTR, PTP, and T&E functions. \u2022 Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and performance management to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs. \u2022 Act as the escalation point for complex issues across invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense audits. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management \u2022 Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, HR, Operations, Audit) to ensure seamless finance operations. \u2022 Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Process Improvement & Optimization \u2022 Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization across RTR, PTP, and T&E. \u2022 Drive efficiency gains through technology enablement (ERP, Concur, workflow tools, reporting dashboards). \u2022 Implement best practices to strengthen compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables. Team Development & Growth \u2022 Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and career progression. \u2022 Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with emphasis on accountability and continuous learning. \u2022 Support succession planning and talent development initiatives. Operational Excellence \u2022 Ensure timely completion of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, fixed asset and balance sheet reconciliations, and expense audits. \u2022 Monitor KPIs and SLAs, prepare executive-level reporting, and drive corrective actions where needed. \u2022 Support audits (internal, external, SOX) and ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance standards. Qualifications & Experience \u2022 Education: o Graduate in Commerce or Finance. o Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master\u2019s degree (MBA\/Finance or equivalent) preferred. \u2022 Experience: o Minimum 7\u201310 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. o Strong exposure to RTR (Fixed Assets & Balance Sheet Reconciliations), PTP (Invoice Processing, Vendor Management), and T&E (Expense Auditing). o Experience managing teams across multiple geographies\/time zones (US\/Canada preferred). \u2022 Skills & Competencies: \u2022 Proven leadership and team-building skills. \u2022 Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities. \u2022 Expertise in ERP systems, Concur, and workflow\/web applications. \u2022 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills. \u2022 Ability to drive process improvement, efficiency gains, and technology enablement.
